Blackberry Ginger Soda from Michelin Starred Restaurant Daniel
Ingredients:
4 blackberries
.75 lime
.75 oz. simple syrup
.75 oz. ginger syrup
Candied ginger
Instructions:
Combine lime, simple syrup, ginger syrup and blackberries in a boston tin. Shake and dump into a rocks glass. Garnish with candied ginger and one blackberry.
Basic Fennel Soda from Restaurant Daniel
Ingredients:
3 basil leaves
2 pieces of fennel
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
Instructions:
Muddle basil and fennel. Add all other ingredients. Shake and dump into a rocks glass.
BLACKBERRY BASIL CRUSH from Singapore Airlines
Enjoy this refreshing and delightful mocktail recipe year-round.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Blackberry Shrub Mixture
7 oz of Soda/Seltzer Water
Fresh or Frozen Blackberries
Basil Leave - Whole
Instructions:
Place Blackberry Shrub in glass with ice.
Pour sparking water over the top.
Garnish with fresh with blackberries and basil.
Serve Chilled and enjoy

Ingredients:
1 oz. Hibiscus syrup (see below)
½ oz. Lemon juice, freshly squeezed and strained through a fine-mesh sieve
3 slices of jalapeño
Chilled Topo Chico sparkling mineral water to top (about 2 oz. per cocktail)
Instructions:
To make the syrup, combine ¼ cup of hibiscus flowers and 2 cups of boiling water. Allow to steep for about 10 minutes. Strain to remove flowers and add 3/4 cup of sugar to the warm hibiscus infusion. Stir well to dissolve the sugar completely. Store the syrup in the refrigerator in a covered in a non-reactive container.
For each cocktail, add the hibiscus syrup, lemon juice, and jalapeño slices to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass, such as a high ball, filled with ice. Top carefully with chilled Topo Chico or other sparkling water. Garnish with lemon slice and jalapeño wheel.

Ingredients:
0.5 lemon juice
0.5 agave nectar
2 oz of Aloe Vera Juice
1 sage leaf
Instructions:
Garnish with cherry, sage spear.
Shake, pour into highball and top it with club soda.

Ingredients:
1 oz of honey green tea
0.5 oz of lemon juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
Shake it. Garnish with Lemon Circle. Pour and top with club soda.

Ingredients:
Lemongrass stalk - 2 inch cross section
Apple Cider or Apple Juice - 2 oz
Honey Syrup - .75 oz
Lemon Juice - .75 oz
Club Soda - Top off with
Instructions:
In a shaker or pitcher, add the lemongrass and muddle thoroughly. Add the apple cider, honey syrup and lemon juice. Stir. Top off with club soda.
How to Make 1:1 Honey Syrup
Add 1 cup of honey and 1 cup of water to a sauce pan and heat over medium low heat.
Keep stirring until the honey dissolves and fully incorporates with the water. Let cool.
Garnish with the remaining piece of the lemongrass stalk
Pro Tip: Add a dash of ground ginger to the top of your cocktail to give it a little extra zing!

Ingredients:
2 oz Pellegrino Sanbitter
1 oz blood orange juice
Instructions:
Add to white wine glass with ice. Top with Fever Tree ginger ale. Garnish with a blood orange segment.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
.5 oz Ghia Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
Roughly 3 oz Club soda, to top

Instructions: Build over ice and stir to chill and integrate.
Garnish: Rosemary sprig
A zero-proof spritz in the aperitivo style, elegantly refreshing and dry, built around Ghia, a non-alcoholic aperitif flavored with herbs and botanicals including rosemary, lemon balm, elderflower, yuzu, Riesling, and gentian, the bittering agent found in Campari.

Ingredients:
3 oz. Pomegranate Juice
2 oz. Pear Nectar
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Nonalcoholic Wine/Sparkling Water
Instructions:
1. Prepare wine glass with a cinnamon sugar rim.
2. Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Shake and strain over fresh ice into wine glass.
4. Top with nonalcoholic wine or sparkling water.
5. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
