Strawberry Beat Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup Unsweetened Oat Milk (Silk Brand recommended)
1/2 cup Fresh Water
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1/4 cup of Beets
1/4 cup of Strawberries
1 cup of Pineapple
1 cup of Romaine Lettuce
1 Small Banana (Optional, provides Creamy Texture)
