Row NYC welcomes NYC Marathon runners with a special runner's yoga session, designed to help you relax, unwind before the big race. NYC yoga instructor and runner Nicole D'Angelo will lead you through a practice designed to help stretch runner's often tight muscle spots, as well as help you relax and focus ahead of marathon day. This will be gentle yoga with a special runner's meditation included. Yoga will take place in District M, located on the ground floor of Row NYC Hotel.
This 60-minute runner's yoga session has very limited space, so reserve your spot today.
Nicole, a former social worker in the Philadelphia suburbs, is a 2014 graduate of Three Sisters Yoga school and has taught gentle yoga, yoga for runners and meditation for runners at The Yoga Collective. She also graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014 with a health coach certification. Nicole became the owner of The Yoga Collective in 2015 and currently manages the studio; she enjoys creating a space for artists and teachers to do what they love for themselves and the community. Nicole is also a writer and recipe developer and maintains a blog called Forever Plant-Based, a health and wellness website dedicated to plant-based recipes, meditation, running and fitness. What can/can't I bring to the event?
