Whole Foods Market presents the Runstreet NYC Marathon Shakeout Art Run! Whether you're runing the NYC Marathon or just want to get in an incredible run to see the best murals and street art in NYC, you won't want to miss this 3-mile pre-marathon shakeout art run! The shakeout run will be at a relaxed, 10-minute mile pace, with stops for photos along the way. We will see endless art-drenched streets in the Lower East Side and beyond! Our Runstreet photographer Marques Jackson will be shooting beautiful photos during the run, and you will receive access to the whole photo album after the event. Post-run stretch led by coach Marnie, NYC Marathon veteran and RRCA running coach.
Your registration also includes an exclusive NYC Marathon Art Run t-shirt designed by NYC street artist Ivanorama. Register by Oct. 15 to guarantee your shirt size.
Run followed by healthy treats provided by Clif Bar and Whole Foods Market at the newly renovated Whole Foods Market Bowery location! FAQs
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The run begins and ends at Whole Foods Market at 95 E. Houston Street. You can take the F train to 2nd Avenue, which is a block from Whole Foods. The B, D, F, M trains stop at Broadway Lafayette, a few blocks from Whole Foods Market. Check weekend train and bus schedules for any changes on the mta website.
What can I bring into the event?
There will be a bag drop avaialble at Whole Foods Market but we recommend keeping valuables at home or with you on the run. Whole Foods Market and Runstreet are not responsible for any lost or missing items.

What's the refund policy?
In the event of extreme weather, the run will be rescheduled and all participants will receive free entry to the rescheuled run or credit for a future Art Run. There will be no refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Be prepared to pull your ticket up on your phone or you can bring your printed ticket.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. Email marnie@runstreet.com to transfer your ticket. Please send the full name and email of the replacement runner.
