Art Runs October 3, October 17 and October 31
Each art run is a relaxed, 10-minute-mile paced run, with stops for photos at key murals along the way.
Calisthenics (body weight strength training) classes: October 10, and October 24.
Voss water, Clif Bars, and towels provided. Meet in the Living Room Bar at W New York - Times Square (7th Floor). Calisthenics class music by DJ TN4K.
