Art Run for Puerto Rico with JMZ Walls

Runstreet joined JMZ Walls in Brooklyn for an Art Run to benefit Puerto Rico. Alberto, the prolific curator of JMZ Walls in Bushwick, was the mastermind behind the event dedicated to raise funds and supplies for Puerto Rico Hurricane relief. For our 5K Art Run, we saw stunning wall after wall along the JMZ subway lines, which are part of JMZ Walls. We even got to see one wall going up in homage to Puerto Rico. So many runners came out and brought donations for Puerto Rico Hurricane relief, with NYC run crews including Latinos Run, Team Wepa NYCConbody's Milk Money Run Crew, Girls Run NYCBridge runners and Dem Harlem Boyz supporting the event.

Thank you to all who came out and brought the good vibes and compassionate hearts to a beautiful Art Run for Puerto Rico. Thank you to Gallery Bar Brooklyn for hosting us and to Runstreet photographer Marques Jackson of Filles Garcons Photography for donating his amazing photography skills to capture this incredible Art Run.

We are grateful to be a part of an event to support the beautiful country and people of Puerto Rico.
